The poster shall be displayed throughout the entire conference and shall be presented on the time slot for poster presentation as indicated in the program.
The poster format shall be: 120 cm high and 80 cm wide.
Mounting of the posters will be ensured on location by pins or tape.
You should preferably make the poster on one piece of paper which is much easier for proper display.
Should you prefer or need to mount the poster in fractions please bring a piece of mounting paper sized 80 cm x 120 cm.
For clarity and uniformity of the posters please organize your information in organized fashion as indicated in the figure below.
During the poster presentation you shall make a 2 min. presentation of your work and the audience/chairmen will be encouraged to come forward with questions to your work.
