PowerPoint presentations must be presented from the PC installed in the conference room. The PC has Windows XP system with MS Office XP installed.
If you will be using a PC based presentation format that is non-compatible to the available system you must create a self-executable file.
PowerPoint presentations must be copied onto a CD-ROM, and delivered during the registration of the meeting,
The name of the author and title of the speak should be clearly marked on the CD-ROM.
Hints
- If you use video clips or other types of animations in your presentation these data files must also be copied onto the CD-ROM.
- If your presentation requires special font types, these should be copied onto the CD-ROM as well.
- Make an extra emergency copy of the CD-ROM
